Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders over 5000 Dependeing on the amount of the products 
  • A flat shipping fee of 25 for normal 100 AED for Express applies to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Secure Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For high-value items like gold and jewelry, additional protective measures are taken to guarantee security.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.


Return and Exchange Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Returns are not accepted for perfumes or opened/used items due to hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized jewelry or engraved items.
  • Items on clearance or marked as "final sale."

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at Info@arrmas.ae to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide details of the order and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
